Divine K-9 Summer Agility Clinics
Foundation Handling Fun!
These fun foundation handling games will be taught on the flat to build & test understanding of the handling skills you will need in the ring. We will cover driving straight, crosses, post turns, arm changes, etc.
These games are also great to revisit to sharpen skills, remind dogs of the finesse of handling, and great for mental and physical warm-up before sequencing. Agility is more than just obstacles.
This clinic is great for any level, from puppies to competition dogs.

Hilltown Hounds Agility Clinics
Focus & Motivation clinic for the Performance Dog
Is your young dog too excited to think or work when he sees other people and dogs? Does he lose his brain when he sees movement, toys, obstacles or food? Is he completely focused and fabulous at home, but he cannot replicate his performance in public? Do you want to teach him to focus completely on you and his "job" even in the most distracting environments?
Does your dog sniff while he is working, or leave his work to go sniff? This clinic will address a variety of ways to end the sniffing while building drive and motivation for working with you - all *without* physical or verbal corrections!
Learn the famed ItsYerChoice games taught in Say Yes! foundation training. We will teach the dogs how to make good choices using fun exercises. You will build upon each layer of understanding and learn how to apply these techniques to real-life situations from your kitchen to the agility ring. With these techniques, all you will have to worry about is how to handle the course instead of worrying about your dog leaving you in the ring.
This clinic is well-suited for dogs that are competing (or getting ready to compete) as well as anyone wishing to avoid this problem with their young dogs, but is also extremely useful to help improve the performance of adult dogs! This clinic is a must for anyone considering obedience, agility, flyball, rally or any other competition sport.
NOTE: this clinic is *not* appropriate for reactive, aggressive or fearful dogs

Learn how to teach your dog to give you 100% focus & drive while ignoring even the craziest distractions! Topics will include: - how to teach your dog to *want* to ignore distractions, without using corrections! - how to get a driven recall, regardless of distractions - how to stop the dog from sniffing or zooming - how to get the dog to execute his behaviors in the ring, regardless of distractions - how to raise the stakes and turn up the heat! We will be putting impulse control skills on equipment and short sequences.

Double Box Exercises & Beyond
This is a great clinic for anyone interested in learning how to be consistent so your dog doesn't have any questions on the course.
These exercises are designed to keep experienced dogs sharp and to teach less-experienced dogs all that they will ever need to know: lead outs, front crosses, rear crosses, serpentines, threadles, discriminations, lateral distance, 270s, 180s, etc.
Judges in all venues regularly set up boxes for dogs to run through, catching handler-dog teams with off-courses. This clinic can help prevent that trap!
Big time competitors regularly visit box work before big events to finesse their dogs' handling skills and their timing of execution.
